# Approve Pembayaran Pesanan

Pada menu Approve Pembayaran Pesanan, terdapat daftar pesanan yang menunggu pembayaran atau persetujuan dari admin. Menu ini memudahkan admin untuk memantau dan mengelola status pembayaran [pesanan ](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]dengan efisien, memastikan setiap transaksi berjalan lancar dan sesuai prosedur.

Hanya pesanan dengan pembayaran **Manual Transfer** yang dapat disetujui oleh admin.

## Langkah-langkah menyetujui pembayaran pesanan

1. Akses ke menu **Akuntansi > Keuangan > Pembayaran Pesanan**.
2. Untuk menyetujui pembayaran, admin harus klik icon *payment* pada kolom Aksi, kemudian akan muncul popup informasi pesanan pelanggan.

3. Klik Lihat Bukti Transfer untuk melihat bukti transfer dari pelanggan.
4. Jika sudah sesuai maka klik tombol **`Proses`**.
5. Setelah proses persetujuan pesanan ini, maka status pesanan akan berubah menjadi **`Terkonfirmasi`**.
6. Langkah selanjutnya kamu bisa mulai memproses pesanan tersebut.
