# Request Pickup SiCepat Ekpres

Fitur **Request Pickup SiCepat Ekspres** memungkinkan kamu sebagai seller untuk mengatur jadwal pengambilan paket langsung dari lokasi toko kamu. Dengan fitur ini, kamu tidak perlu repot mengantarkan paket ke gerai SiCepat. Semua proses dapat dilakukan langsung melalui **Dashboard Nexaseller**.

### Cara Menggunakan Fitur Request Pickup

Kalau pembeli di toko kamu memiliki pengiriman menggunakan SiCepat Ekspres, maka kamu perlu memproses pesanan tersebut terlebih dahulu.

1. Buka Menu Daftar Pesanan

2. Pilih Pesanan

3. Proses Pesanan Terlebih Dahulu

Jika sudah diproses maka status akan berubah menjadi '**Diproses**'. Setelah itu kamu bisa melakukan request pickup.

4. Lakukan Request Pickup

**Penting!**

Perlu diingat bahwa sebelum melakukan Request Pickup kamu harus perhatikan beberapa point berikut:

1. Lokasi Gudang Utama Sudah Disetting (Penjualan > Konfigurasi > Gudang)
2. Saldo Credit Mencukupi Sesuai Ongkos Kirim
3. Jika Sudah Request Pickup, Maka Tidak Bisa Dibatalkan
4. Kamu Tidak Perlu Membayar Apapun Ke Kurir
5. Wajib Menempelkan Label Shipping Dari Nexaseller.
6. Setelah Request Pickup, Pesanan Akan Mendapatkan Nomor Resi Otomatis dan Label Shipping&#x20;
